Answer: Dealing with a trading company is beneficial for our customers because we can provide a wider range of products without the headache of dealing with multiple suppliers/manufacturers. We also help with arranging for shipping and customs, something not all suppliers/manufacturers are good at.
Question: Is it advantageous for buyers to directly purchase Indian Natural Stones from quarry owners and factory owners only?
Answer: Not necessarily unless buyer wants to buy bulk blocks. Indian merchandising / trading companies are equally competitive in prices and quality.In some cases trading companies have choice of selecting material from any factory which has better quality.

Answer: As a beginning, look for selling leads in reputed search engines and other sources. However, there are lot of fake companies and fake suppliers on internet. So you should carefully select authenticated or verified suppliers only. For example, Paid up members in B2B portals, incorporated companies like Private Ltd or Limited companies.
Question: What are the best and safest mode of payments?
Answer: Letter Credit (L/C ) is best way of payment terms. If you have authenticated your supplier than T.T ( Telegraphic Transfer) is another good alternative.
Question: Why some Indian natural stones cheaper in China than in India?
Answer: Chinese suppliers buy Indian natural stones in bulk in from rough blocks and the purchase is of commercial quality. Many Indian exporters, including Luni Export Trading Private Limited, always go for the best quality, with a variation in thickness is +/- 1mm.
Question: How do I get assured that suppliers will send the same shades and color of stone I want?
Answer: One of the best ways is to get free sample from suppliers by paying shipping charges for courier through reverse pick up by DHL, FEDEX, TNT , UPS. This way, you can ensure quality and color at before final delivery.
